Wisconsin Scrapbooking Weekend Details

All weekends are held at the Holiday Inn Express in Watertown, Wisconsin.

 

Crops begin on Friday at 9am and go through Sunday at 1pm.

Crop Fee is $40 for the entire Weekend! See below for early bird discount details.

Your $40 Crop Fee includes:

*6 Foot crop table to yourself

*Unlimited Cropping Time

*Use of Computer and Printer for Journaling (in hotel lobby)

*Reserved Seating

***A One day fee of $20 will be offered only two weeks prior to the crop and only upon availability.

We will be cropping in the Conference Rooms at the Holiday Inn Express in Watertown. All hotel rooms have a fridge. You will need to contact the hotel directly if you desire to stay the night. The phone number to the hotel is: 920-262-1910.  If you are not sure if you are staying or not, I would get a room reserved, you can always cancel as the dates get nearer. Be sure to tell them that you are with the scrapbook group to get the special scrapbooking rate.

Meals included:

*Continental Breakfast included for those staying at the hotel.

*Assigned Potluck Lunch on Saturday. 

*Snacks and Drinks through out the weekend.  A sign up sheet for food and drinks will be emailed a couple of weeks prior to the crop.

We also have a rummage sale table to get rid of unwanted Scrapbooking and Stamping Supplies. (If the weekend is full, I may not have room for a rummage sale table) I will let you know when I send out the food sign up list.

Early Bird Special: Save $5 if your crop fee is RECEIVED two months in advance.

Payment most desired is a personal check.

Due to planning needs, cropping fees are non-refundable if you cancel 45 days or less in advance. If you cancel more than 46 days out, you will receive your crop fee back minus a $5.00 Cancellation Fee.

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the crop room. Thank You!
